Any irregularity is inherent in its nature and should not be considered a flaw. There will be natural variance from piece to piece. Zimmermann jewellery is produced in 12kt gold-plated brass. Please remove when exercising, showering or swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, acetones, hand and body creams and water as they may cause damage or discolouring. Clean your jewellery carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth to remove dirt and dust. Do not use cleaning products. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent damage. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Always check the garment care label for specific care instructions.

All orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days. During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.
RETURNS

Returns are accepted until January 8th 2025, for orders placed between December 2nd and December 24th on items (including sale items, excluding cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, hair clips, chignons, and hair pins). Items purchased outside of this period are subject to our 15 day returns policy.
