This item is handmade from fine, natural rattan material. Any slight variation or imperfections are inherent characteristics of this material and should not be treated as a fault. By nature, this material is delicate, please handle with care. To remove surface dirt, simply spot clean with a soft cloth moistened with small amount of water. Do not use any harsh chemical cleaners as this may damage or discolour the material. If item gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally. Keep away from naked flame or very powerful heat sources. Always check the garment care label for specific care instructions

Express and International orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days.

RETURNS
Shop with confidence knowing you can return an item (including sale items) with ease to the ZIMMERMANN Store in London, or by returning it to the Online Store. Returns are free within the UK and Middle East.
Returns are accepted on items (including sale items but excluding cosmetics, earrings, underwear, tights, hair clips, hair chignons and hair pins) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
We endeavor to process our returns within 5 business days of receiving your return, however, during sale periods this may take 1-2 business days longer.
