Additionally, there is a moral imperative to combat the counterfeiting industry, given amongst other things it is known for the funding of criminal activity and use of slave labour.

How to protect yourself?

The best way for you to ensure your ZIMMERMANN garments are genuine is to purchase through ZIMMERMANN's own boutiques, Zimmermann.com or authorised retailers.

Garments purchased through other channels carry the risk of being counterfeit, especially if the price is low. There are no factory seconds of ZIMMERMANN garments.

If you are considering purchasing second-hand ZIMMERMANN garments, we suggest you ask to see the garment receipt, ask for high quality photographs and check the garment details carefully. Poor stitching, inferior fabrics and missing details are some indicators the garment is counterfeit.
