- The Digital Gift Card will be sent to the recipient email within 24hrs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For security reasons, your order may be held for review and may take up to 48hrs for delivery
- Digital Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the Zimmermann HK Online Store
- If the Digital Gift Card is not redeemed in full, the balance is valid for 3 years from the date of issue
- If the entire value of the Digital Gift Card is not redeemed within 3 years, the balance will be forfeited
- Digital Gift Cards are not returnable, redeemable for cash or transferable between currencies
- Digital Gift Cards cannot be purchased with an existing Zimmermann Gift Card or Credit Note
