- The Gift Card will be posted to the recipient with to/from details blank
- Gift Cards can only be redeemed in ZIMMERMANN Stores within Australia and the ZIMMERMANN Australia Online Store
- If the Gift Card is not redeemed in full, the balance is valid for 3 years from the date of issue
- If the entire value of the gift card is not redeemed within 3 years, the balance will be forfeited
- Gift Cards are not returnable, redeemable for cash or transferable between currencies
- Gift Cards cannot be purchased with an existing Zimmermann Gift Card or Credit Note

Returns are accepted on items (including sale items but excluding cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, socks, lace leggings, hair clips, hair chignons, hair scrunchies, headbands and hair pins) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
