This item is made using an artificial raffia blend. It is recommended to avoid direct and prolonged exposure to the sun, as this may cause damage to the vegetal material. Please note that it is characteristic for raffia material to be subject to fraying; the color may change and vary as the material ages. We recommend that you handle these with care. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners as they may stain the raffia and cause discoloration. Do not submerge or saturate raffia in water, as it will distort and lose its shape. We strongly recommend to spot clean the raffia with a small amount of water only as needed. Allow the raffia to dry at room temperature naturally. Always check the care card for specific care instructions.

All orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days. During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.

Returns are accepted until January 8th 2025, for orders placed between December 2nd and December 24th on items (including sale items, excluding cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, hair clips, chignons, and hair pins). Items purchased outside of this period are subject to our 15 day returns policy.
