Express and International orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-4 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days.
Same Day orders will arrive by 6 pm on the same day if the order is placed prior to 12 (midday) on any business day.
Next Day orders will arrive by 6 pm the next business day.

RETURNS
Shop with confidence knowing you can return an item (including sale items) with ease at any of our ZIMMERMANN stores or by returning it to the Online Store. Returns are free within the US.
Returns are accepted on items (including sale items but excluding cosmetics, earrings, tights, hair clips, hair chignons and hair pins) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
