All orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.

RETURNS
Shop with confidence knowing you can return online purchases for free via our returns courier service, or at any of our ZIMMERMANN Boutiques. All returns are subject to the terms of our Returns Policy. Returns are accepted for all orders including sale items. Returns are not accepted on cosmetics, underwear, tights, socks, lace leggings, hair clips, hair chignons, hair scrunchies, headbands and hair pins for hygiene reasons.
During the holiday season, returned online items purchased between 8th and 24th December, must be requested and sent back by the 9th of January 2026 for a refund or credit note. For items purchased outside of this period, returns other than for faulty goods, must be requested and sent back within 15 days from the date of delivery for refund or credit note. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.
