Free Express delivery on orders over £500.
Express and International orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-4 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days.
Same Day orders will arrive within 4 hours if the order is placed prior to 12 (midday) on any business day.
Toshi Concierge orders will arrive within the date and time slot chosen at Checkout.
In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

RETURNS
Shop with confidence knowing you can return an item (including sale items) with ease to the ZIMMERMANN Store in London, or by returning it to the Online Store. Returns are free within the UK.
Returns are accepted on items (including sale items but excluding cosmetics, earrings, tights, hair clips, hair chignons and hair pins) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
Note: We endeavour to process our returns within 5 business days of receiving your return, however, during sale periods this may take 1-2 business days longer.
