This item was handcrafted using genuine leather. Leather can alter or stain if in contact with humidity or atmospheric agents. Marks or irregularities in natural hides can appear in even the most luxurious skins. These are naturally occurring features and should not be thought of as imperfections. On occasion leather can stain clothing or other objects it comes into contact with. To maintain in best condition, avoid direct exposure to light and heat, water, oils, perfume and cosmetics and store at room temperature. Metallic leather care
Due to the delicate nature of the metallic coating on the leather please note that over time, this metallic coating may eventually wear off. This is a natural characteristic of metallic coating on leather and this may wear at an advanced rate in areas that receive more regular contact. Be careful when wearing to avoid objects that can disturb the surface as scratches can remove, disrupt or lift the metallic coating. Always check the care card for specific care instructions.
SHIPPING
All orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days, regional deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.

RETURNS
Shop with confidence knowing you can return online purchases for free via our returns courier service, or at any of our ZIMMERMANN Boutiques. All returns are subject to the terms of our Returns Policy. Returns are accepted for all orders including sale items. Returns are not accepted on cosmetics, underwear, tights, socks, lace leggings, hair clips, hair chignons, hair scrunchies, headbands and hair pins for hygiene reasons.
During the holiday season, returned online and remote items purchased between 8th and 24th December, must be requested and sent back by the 9th of January 2026 for a refund. For items purchased outside of this period, returns other than for faulty goods, must be requested and sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery for refund. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary. Payments made In-Boutique, including all WeChat and Alipay payments are subject to the Boutiques return policy.
