All returns are subject to the terms of our Returns Policy. Returns are accepted for all orders including sale items. Returns are not accepted on cosmetics, underwear, tights, socks, lace leggings, hair clips, hair chignons, hair scrunchies, headbands and hair pins for hygiene reasons.

During the holiday season, returned online and remote items purchased between 8th and 24th December, must be requested and sent back by the 9th of January 2026 for a refund. For items purchased outside of this period, returns other than for faulty goods, must be requested and sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery for refund. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary. Payments made In-Boutique, including all WeChat and Alipay payments are subject to the Boutiques return policy.
