Accept an invitation to join a loyalty program. If you are included in a loyalty program, we process your identifiers, commercial information, financial information, internet activity information, and inferences from those categories. We collect this information so that we may:

- Track your purchases to confirm your eligibility on an annual basis
- The legal basis for this processing is performance of our contract with you.

We also use pixels and tags to understand user trends so that we can provide an optimal browsing and shopping experience for our customers. Through these trackers we also process click through information from our marketing emails to our Site.

Facebook Pixel. We use Facebook Pixel to customize our advertising and to serve you ads on your social media based on your browsing behavior. This allows your behavior to be tracked after you have been redirected to our website by clicking on the Facebook ad. The Facebook Pixel stores a cookie on your device to enable us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. If you register with the Zimmermann client database, your personal information will be managed by Zimmermann Wear Pty Ltd, an entity in the same corporate group.

We may share your identifiers, financial information, internet activity information, commercial information, and inferences regarding the described categories of information, with our service providers (including our website developers, IT services, email marketing platforms, social media reporting tools, financial institutions, and distribution and delivery services) to perform services for or on our behalf. - As Zimmermann is part of an international network and uses global services, your personal information may be shared with other Zimmermann group entities and stored overseas in accordance with applicable legislation, including in Australia and Ireland. Zimmermann adopts all appropriate security measures and safeguards to ensure an appropriate level of data security.

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose with the following categories of third parties:
- We have disclosed your identifiers and internet activity information to companies that provide us with IT systems support.
- We have disclosed your identifiers, financial information, and customer records information to data analytics providers and other third parties to help perform services, including, maintaining or servicing customer accounts, providing client services, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytics services, providing email communications, providing delivery services, and hosting our Site.

We will retain your personal information until the earlier of (i) the information is no longer necessary to accomplish the purpose for which it was provided; or (ii) we delete your information pursuant to your request. We retain your personal information for longer periods for specific purposes to the extent that we are obliged to do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and/or as necessary to protect our legal rights or for certain business requirements. Below are some more specific reasons we would retain some data for longer periods of time:
- Security, Fraud & Abuse Prevention. For example, to protect you, other people, and us from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Financial Record-Keeping. When you make a payment to us we are often required to retain this information for a longer period of time for purposes of accounting, dispute resolution, and compliance with tax, anti-money laundering, and other financial regulations
- Comply With Legal or Regulatory Requirements. To meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, as required to enforce our terms of service, including investigation of potential violations

Marketing. We may use your identifiers to provide you with relevant consumer information, notify you of products, store openings and offers that may be of interest to you. You must opt in to receive these communications, but if you change your mind, you may opt out of receiving all marketing information from us at any time. You can do this by:

It may take up to 48 hours for your status to be updated on our systems. Please be advised that Back In Stock notifications are not associated to the Newsletter, you will need to contact Client Services to be removed from this notification list for each item you have requested.
Inside chat service. We use the Inside Chat service which involves use of cookies to track consumer activity and log chat activity on the website. ZIMMERMANN will not intentionally collect personal information via Inside Chat, but may aggregate data collected on the ZIMMERMANN website, with or without data collected from other sites. You have the option to opt out of tracking by contacting client services.
Rakuten Marketing. ZIMMERMANN partners with Rakuten Marketing, who may collect personal information when you interact with our site. You can review the collection and use of this information or opt out of Rakuten’s collection of your personal information here.
Your Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation

This Site and our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16 years. Returns

The Online Store Returns Policy & Process

Click here to submit an online return. A return request must be submitted to receive your refund within normal processing times.
You may return (where available) your ZIMMERMANN Online Store purchase, including sale items, by returning it to a ZIMMERMANN Store or by sending it back to the ZIMMERMANN Online Store. Subject to adherence to the following terms (ZIMMERMANN Outlets are excluded).
Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. All new items following an in store return will be subject to the In Store Purchases Policy detailed below.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
Note: Credit notes issued in store are not redeemable on online purchases.
Swimwear
For all swimwear, clients must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Shoes
Try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with original shoebox.
Jewellery, Tights, and Hair Accessories
All purchases on cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, and hair accessories are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Cards are valid for use on the UK Online Store, and in ZIMMERMANN stores nationally.
ZIMMERMANN do not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
While ZIMMERMANN covers the costs of returns using the prepaid returns label within the UK, return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. All international returns should be shipped back to ZIMMERMANN as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.
The above policy only applies to the ZIMMERMANN Online Store.
In Store Purchases
No refunds unless required by law; Returns other than for faulty goods must be made only in the country of purchase within 14 days for a credit note on presentation of receipt. Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds on sale items unless faulty or required by law. Purchases made in ZIMMERMANN stores cannot be returned to the Online Store.
Toshi Concierge Returns for ZIMMERMANN Store purchases will follow the ZIMMERMANN Store returns policy.

Items purchased online between Monday 5th December 2022 and Friday 23rd December can be returned up to Monday 9th January 2023 with proof of purchase. Items purchased outside of this period are subject to the 15 day returns policy.
You may return or exchange (where available) your ZIMMERMANN Online Store purchase, including sale items, to the ZIMMERMANN Store in London. All in-store returns will be subject to adherence of the Online Store Returns Policy detailed above.
To return your purchase, take the item(s) you wish to return along with your confirmation email and all other paperwork and packaging included in your order.
All in-store refunds will be processed by our Online Client Services team.

4. Send Your Return
Within the UK:
• Affix the returns label (enclosed in your original shipment) to the outside of the package;
• Arrange a free collection with DHL Express online. Go to the DHL link in your return submitted email and enter your 10 digit waybill number located under the barcode of your printed returns label that appears as “WAYBILL XX XXXX XXXX”. Review your details and select a convenient date and time for collection.
International:
We offer free returns for Middle Eastern clients in Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syrian Aran Republic, United Arab Emirates and Yemen. Contact Client Services to book your free return with DHL.
For all other regions contact Client Services for support in producing the necessary paperwork for your return.
For returns sent by mail, use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe. For returns sent by courier, use a reputable courier company such as DHL Express.

For international returns state on the outside of your parcel that this is a ‘return to shipper’ and note the original tracking number.
ZIMMERMANN is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your credit note or refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5 business days of receiving your return. During sale periods returns processing may take 1-2 business days longer.
