This item was hand crafted using genuine suede. Suede can alter or stain if in contact with humidity or atmospheric agents. It is advised that you spray with a stain repellent prior to use. Use a soft bristled suede brush or block to remove any dried soil. On occasion suede can transfer and stain clothing or other objects it comes in contact with. To maintain in best condition, avoid direct exposure to light and heat, water, oils, perfume and cosmetics. Always store them at room temperature in original dust bag.

Express and International orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 3-4 days.
Same Day orders will arrive by 6 pm on the same business day.
Priority orders will arrive by 6 pm on the same or next business day.
Next Day orders will arrive by 6 pm the next business day.
In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

FREE RETURNS
Shop with confidence knowing you can return online purchases (including sale items) for free via our returns courier service, or at any of our ZIMMERMANN Stores.
Returns are accepted on items (including sale items but excluding cosmetics, earrings, tights, hair clips, hair chignons and hair pins) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
Note: We endeavour to process our returns within 5 business days of receiving your return, however, during sale periods this may take 1-2 business days longer.
