If it gets wet, dry immediately with a soft cloth. We recommend not washing shoes with water, substances containing alcohol and generally any abrasive product or tool. For leather parts, we recommend using a cotton ball and cleaning milk. Stuff the shoes with tissue paper so they keep their shape and the paper will absorb moisture, then store the shoes in their box and dust bag. All orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days. During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.
