Suede and leather can alter or stain if in contact with humidity or atmospheric agents. Spray with a stain repellent prior to use. Use a soft bristled suede brush or block to remove any dried soil. Suede and leather may transfer and stain clothing or other objects it comes in contact with. Avoid direct exposure to light and heat, water, oils, perfume and cosmetics. Marks or irregularities are naturally occurring features to leather. Store at room temperature. Always check the garment care label for specific care instructions

Free delivery on orders over $500.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped Express within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days, regional deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days. Orders are shipped from Australia.
In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.
Note: During sale periods we endeavour to deliver orders within our regular delivery times, however order processing and delivery times may take 2-4 business days longer.
RETURNS
Shop with confidence knowing you can return online purchases (including sale items) for free via our returns courier service, or at any of our ZIMMERMANN Stores.
Returns are accepted on items (including sale items but excluding cosmetics, earrings, tights, hair clips, hair chignons and hair pins) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
Note: We endeavour to process our returns within 5 business days of receiving your return, however, during sale periods this may take 1-2 business days longer.
