This item is made from natural straw which is handwoven. Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to the sun, moisture, coloured clothing, furnishings and accessories as this may cause damage to the material. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners as they may cause discolouration. Any slight fraying or variations are an inherent characteristic of the natural straw. Over time colours of dyed straw may fade, soften, loose stiffness and structure. Store this item in a damp free and dry environment. Always check the garment care label for specific care instructions.

Free Express delivery for orders over €500.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped Express within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-4 business days, regional deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days.
In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.
Note: During sale periods we endeavour to deliver orders within our regular delivery times, however order processing and delivery times may take 2-4 business days longer.
FREE RETURNS
Shop with confidence knowing you can return an item (including sale items) with ease at our ZIMMERMANN Stores in the EU, or by returning it to the Online Store. Returns are free within Europe.
Returns are accepted on items (including sale items but excluding cosmetics, earrings, tights, hair clips, hair chignons and hair pins) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
Note: We endeavour to process our returns within 5 business days of receiving your return, however, during sale periods this may take 1-2 business days longer.
