Within the ZIMMERMANN corporate group. If you register with the Zimmermann client database, your personal information will be managed by Zimmermann Wear Pty Ltd, an entity in the same corporate group.

We may share your identifiers, financial information, internet activity information, commercial information, and inferences regarding the described categories of information, with our service providers (including our website developers, IT services, email marketing platforms, social media reporting tools, financial institutions, and distribution and delivery services) to perform services for or on our behalf. The legal basis for this sharing is our legitimate interest in providing the Services more efficiently.

As Zimmermann is part of an international network and uses global services, your personal information may be shared with other Zimmermann group entities and stored overseas in accordance with applicable legislation, including in Australia and Ireland. Zimmermann adopts all appropriate security measures and safeguards to ensure an appropriate level of data security.
